Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we currently ship anywhere within the United States.

How much is shipping?
Our flat rate shipping fee is $7.00. Orders over $200 will receive free shipping. 

Sizing & Fit

How do the mock neck sweatshirts fit?
Our mock neck sweatshirts feature a relaxed, oversized fit with drop shoulders. All sizes are roomy, the main difference is the length. 

What size should I order?
We recommend ordering your true size or size down for an easy, relaxed fit. Size guides are available on each product page for reference. We recommend sizing based on height! 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery by emailing shop@thecrewsociety.com.

Are returns free?
We provide a free return shipping label for all approved returns and exchanges. Returns are subject to a $7 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Are exchanges free?
Yes — exchanges are completely free. Once your original item is received, your replacement will be processed.

What condition must items be in?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

Do you accept final sale items?
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products & Care

How should I care for my sweatshirt?
For best results, we recommend washing cold on a gentle cycle and laying flat, hanging to dry, or drying on low heat. Avoid high heat to preserve embroidery and fabric quality.

Is the design embroidered or printed?
All mock neck sweatshirts feature a full embroidered front for a premium, long-lasting finish.
